Our First Bites of Mexico š²š½ (Part 1)
If thereās one thing that defines travel in Mexico, itās the foodāand nowhere is that truer than in Central Mexico. If you are looking for the ātacos, enchiladas, rice and beansā that you are used to from home, this is nothing even close to that. From the cobblestone streets of San Miguel de Allende to the college city of Guanajuato, or the bustling old town part of QuerĆ©taro, food here isnāt just something you eatāitās something you experience. Itās part of daily life, shaped by centuries of history, and served everywhere from street carts to tucked-away family kitchens.
